iOWN is a platform that automates the creation, exercise, and enforcement of shareholder rights within organizations. iOWN is a seed stage start-up inspired by the Nobel Prize in Economics (2016). Currently we have a working product where users can create different share types and distribute them to shareholders. We seek $500,000 to build an MVP that will be able to onboard paid clients.
