iAngels is an equity crowdfunding platform that enables startup investing in a 2 stage process: at the first stage a founder pitches his startup to an experienced angel community. Once the pitch reaches a certain threshold of experienced angel commitments, the investment round can be opened up to a broader investment community enabling people to invest in startups alongside experienced angels at lower tickets ($5,000 min).
